Terms of Service

This agreement is between HOMEMADE Food Services Ltd., a company registered in Israel ("Company", "we"), and any user of the service at rombrain.com ("you"). Using the service means you accept these terms. Registered address: Nims Blvd. 2, Azrieli Tower, Ramat Hasharon.

RomBrain (rombrain.com) is an AI service featuring the "Rom" chatbot, which writes marketing strategy, copy, and creative for business owners. The service is not a substitute for legal, accounting, or medical advice.

• Minimum age: 16.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Account sharing is prohibited.

You may not use the service to:

• Create unlawful, misleading, IP-infringing, or violent/discriminatory content.
• Bypass quotas, run automated scraping, or resell our API.
• Input sensitive third-party personal data without consent.

• Your content: You own your inputs and the outputs you generate, subject to a limited license you grant us to operate and improve the service.
• AI caveat: AI output may contain inaccuracies. You must review before publishing.
• Our brand: Our name, logo, and code are reserved.

• Prices are in USD. Amounts exclude VAT or local taxes in jurisdictions where applicable.
• Annual subscription = 20% off; billed monthly or yearly per your choice.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each cycle until you cancel from your account.
• Monthly quotas reset each cycle — no rollover.

• Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the paid cycle.
• 7-day refund: new customers who used 3 or fewer strategies get a full refund within 7 days of the first payment.
• EU/UK: 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting to use the service immediately, you waive that right for the portion already used.
• Refunds return to the original payment method within 14 business days.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify the Company against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms or your use of the service.

This agreement is governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Tel-Aviv-Yafo, Israel.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced 14 days in advance by email or in-app.
