From a generic CTA to a 4.1× ROAS Meta campaign in one strategy session.
We rebuilt the whole funnel — repositioned around "the lunch the kids will actually eat," cut the apologetic tone from the copy, and rewrote the Meta creative around a single uncomfortable truth: most parents pack the same boring sandwich. The new ad set hit 4.1× ROAS within 14 days; the previous agency creative had been stuck at 1.6×.
