RomBrain (rombrain.com) is operated by HOMEMADE Food Services Ltd. ("we", "us"), a company registered in Israel. Address: Nims Blvd. 2, Azrieli Tower, Ramat Hasharon. Contact: hello@homemade-global.com.

• Account data: email, name, avatar from Google OAuth.
• Chat content: the messages you send and the AI output — used for conversation memory and model improvement.
• Billing data: plan, billing cycle, PayMe customer ID; we do not store card numbers — those live with PayMe (PCI-DSS compliant).
• Technical data: IP address, browser, cookies, pages viewed, billing events.
• Advertising: we may use Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and similar pixels to measure campaigns.

• Run the service (answers, history, quotas, billing).
• Improve the model and product via aggregate ratings and feedback. We do not use your private conversations for our marketing.
• Measure advertising and prevent fraud.
• Send transactional emails (receipts, payment confirmations).

• Anthropic — AI model (Claude).
• Supabase — auth, chat history.
• Vercel — hosting.
• PayMe — card processing.
• iCount — tax-invoice issuance.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Meta · Google · TikTok — advertising and analytics.

We process data under: (a) performance of contract; (b) legitimate interest to improve the product and prevent fraud; (c) consent for non-essential marketing/cookies. You may withdraw consent anytime.

Conversations are kept while your account is active. Billing records are retained 7 years as required by law. Request deletion at hello@homemade-global.com.

The service is not intended for users under 16. We delete accounts of minors when identified.

Data may be processed outside Israel/EU under Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent adequacy decisions.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
